Blueberry Crumble

  • Mix all together in bowl:
    • 3 cups blueberries
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
    • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

  • Mix topping ingredients:
    • 1 1/2 cups flour
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 cup pecans (finely chopped)
    • 1 stick unsalted butter (softened)


  • Place berries in baking pan or dish.
  • Cover with topping and bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 35 minutes.
  • Let cool. Serve plain.


  • Vanilla ice cream is wonderful with this!
